CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING
The objective of this course is to familiarize students with the financial, legal, and strategic issues associated with the corporate restructuring process. MANAGING FIXED INCOME SECURITIES
Our professors offer "Managing Fixed Income Portfolios" course this coming spring. PRIVATE EQUITY FINANCE
